I am a Steep resident and teach exercise classes, face to face and online. At this time of self isolation and restricted social gatherings I am offering my sessions online for free. My usual online workouts are about 20/30 minutes long and offer a whole body exercise program to strengthen, stretch and mobilise. They often focus on a particular area. For example, Better Backs, More Core. They are all designed to be done at home in a small space, are doable (although sometimes challenging) and aimed primarily for the over 45’s.
In light of the coronavirus I am now also adding workouts that the over 70’s, who may not have exercised in this way for a while or who have limited mobility can do with a chair.
